A Cancellation Service for Paper Catalogs and Junk Mail

The idea

I get like fifteen catalogs a week from stores I ordered from once years ago, and each one has a different opt-out process buried somewhere in tiny print. I want to send someone photos of my junk mail and have them call or mail the opt-out requests for me. Charge a flat fee per batch, maybe do a follow-up check in three months since half these places ignore the first request anyway.
