PUBLIC SUBMISSIONS
Ideas submitted to Vaultwork are public. The Idea and information intentionally included within its public posting may be visible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines or shared outside Vaultwork.
Do not include private information in an Idea that you do not want publicly disclosed.
Your email address, IP address, legal acceptance records, and similar administrative information are not intended to be publicly displayed merely because you submit an Idea, unless you specifically choose to make particular information public.

If ROA Advertising LLC or Vaultwork is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
At Your Direction
We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so.
7. Sale of Personal Information
Vaultwork does not sell users’ names or email addresses to data brokers for monetary consideration.
If Vaultwork’s practices materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those new practices are implemented as required by applicable law.
8. Analytics and Third-Party Tracking
Vaultwork uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Service, measure performance, and improve Vaultwork.
Google Analytics 4 may collect or receive information such as pages viewed, interactions with the Service, browser and device information, approximate geographic information derived from IP address, cookie or similar technology identifiers, referring information, and other usage information.
Google Analytics 4 may use cookies and similar technologies in providing its services.
Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential analytics technologies may be used, Vaultwork will not enable those technologies unless and until any required consent has been obtained. Vaultwork may instead disable analytics technologies for visitors in jurisdictions where such consent is required.
You may use available browser settings to manage cookies and similar technologies. Google maintains its own privacy policies describing how it processes information received through its services.
9. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals.
Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard governing how all websites should respond to DNT signals, Vaultwork does not currently change its practices solely in response to a browser DNT signal.
Where applicable law requires Vaultwork to recognize a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, Vaultwork will process that signal as required by applicable law.
Third-party service providers may have their own practices concerning DNT or similar technologies.
10. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact Vaultwork to request that we:
provide information about personal information associated with you;
correct inaccurate information;
delete personal information; or
address a privacy concern.
Requests may be sent to: hello@vaultwork.app
We may need to verify your identity before acting upon certain requests.
We may retain information where reasonably necessary or legally permitted, including information required for:
security;
fraud prevention;
legal compliance;
dispute resolution;
enforcement of agreements;
copyright matters; and
evidence of acceptance of legal terms.
11. California Residents
California residents may have rights under applicable California privacy laws depending upon the law and whether its requirements apply to Vaultwork.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit rights provided by applicable law.
Vaultwork will respond to legally valid privacy requests as required by the laws applicable to Vaultwork.
This Privacy Policy is intended, among other purposes, to provide the disclosures required of applicable online services under the California Online Privacy Protection Act.
12. Children

Users must be at least 18 years old to submit Ideas.
If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in circumstances prohibited by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operation of the Service, security, compliance, dispute resolution, and legal recordkeeping.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
For example, Vaultwork may retain records demonstrating acceptance of legal terms even after content is removed where reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal rights.
14. Security
Vaultwork uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and Vaultwork cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Third-Party Links
Vaultwork may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Vaultwork is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services operated by third parties.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
We may make non-substantive corrections, formatting changes, or administrative updates without changing the Effective Date. We may identify those changes through an internal or published version number.
If we materially change how we collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process personal information, we will update the Effective Date and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
