A Doorwatcher for All-Day Delivery Windows

The idea

I hate burning a whole workday waiting for a package because the courier only gives an 8-hour delivery window. This would be a local service where someone sits at your door during that window, signs for the package, and drops it off at your office or home later that evening. It's not a full-time doorman, just a stand-in for the hours you'd otherwise waste.
