A Log for Tracking What You Lent to Friends

The idea

I'm always lending random stuff out, a drill, a folding table, a favorite book, and I lose track of who has what within a month. I want a dead-simple log where I snap a photo of the item, tag the person's name, and it quietly reminds me a few weeks later to ask for it back. The borrower doesn't need an account or app, just gets a friendly text nudge on my behalf. It's not inventory management, just a memory backup for casual lending between people who trust each other.
