A Measure-First Check Before You Buy Furniture

The idea

I can't tell you how many times I've bought a couch or a dresser online only to find it doesn't fit through the doorway or clears the stairwell by an inch. I want a small service where someone comes to your place with a tape measure and a sample-sized mockup, checks the doorways, hallways, and stairwells, and tells you yes or no before you order. Even just a laminated card with your home's tricky measurements would save people from so many returns and arguments with movers.
