A Move-In Photo Witness for First-Time Renters

The idea

Before you sign a lease, you're supposed to document every scratch and stain so you don't get blamed for it later, but nobody actually does this carefully on their own. I want someone to come do a thorough walkthrough with you, photograph and timestamp every flaw in the unit, and hand you a dated report to send the landlord before move-in. It's mostly useful for people renting their first place who don't know what counts as normal wear versus damage.
