A Pet Taxi Just for Vet Visits

The idea

My cat hates the carrier and I don't own a car, so every vet visit means begging a friend for a ride or paying for an expensive pet-only cab service that barely exists in my area. I want a small local service of drivers with secured crates who just take pets to appointments and back, booked like a regular ride but built around animals instead of people. It would be a huge help for elderly owners too, who can't easily carry a carrier down the stairs or wrestle it into a regular taxi.
