A Plain-Language Line for Hospital Discharge Papers

The idea
You get sent home from the hospital with a stack of papers full of medical shorthand, drug names, and follow-up instructions, and no one left to ask questions to. I want a phone line you can call where someone with a clinical background reads through your discharge paperwork with you and explains what it actually means in plain words. Not a diagnosis, not legal advice, just a translation of what your own doctor already decided, so you don't quietly skip a step because you didn't understand it.
That is the whole idea.
