The idea

Freelancers get sent contracts all the time and most of us just skim them and sign because hiring a lawyer for a $2,000 gig feels absurd. I want a service where you upload the contract and within a day someone flags the weird clauses, missing kill fees, or ownership language that'll bite you later. Not full legal advice, just a sanity check from someone who reads these for a living.

That is the whole idea.
