A Rotating Fridge for Expiring Pantry Donations

The idea

Food banks often get bulk donations with short shelf life that volunteers can't distribute fast enough before expiration. I want a small cold-storage hub near the donation drop point with a simple sign-up list, so nearby shelters and families can claim items within a day instead of them getting tossed. It's just a fridge, a shelf, and a shared sign-up sheet, run by one or two people checking it daily.
