The idea
Cleats, shin guards, hockey skates, baseball gloves - kids outgrow this stuff every season and it just piles up in the garage. I want a drop-off spot, maybe at a rec center or sporting goods store, where parents bring gear in good shape and swap it for a credit toward the next size up. No listing photos, no haggling online, just bring it in and walk out with what you need.
That is the whole idea.
