Help Sorting a Parent's House After They're Gone

The idea

When someone dies, the family usually has a few weekends to go through an entire house of belongings, arguing about what to keep, sell, or toss while they're grieving. I want a small crew that comes in, sorts everything into keep/sell/donate/trash piles, photographs anything valuable for an estate sale, and hauls away the rest. It's not junk removal and it's not an estate lawyer, it's just someone calm in the room who isn't emotionally attached to the china.
