One Search for All Lost Transit Items

The idea

I left my scarf on a bus once and had to call five different transit lines to figure out whose lost-and-found to check. Every agency runs its own system, some just a phone number, some a dusty office you have to visit in person. I want one site where you describe what you lost and roughly when, and it fans your description out to the local bus, train, and rideshare lost-and-found desks so you're not guessing which one to call.
